Practice Areas: Family Practice, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Ob/GYN, Psychiatry and most types of specialties. The 30 slots are divided as follows:

20-Primary Care: Open to physicians who completed a residency program in internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology; or psychiatry

10-Specialist: Open to physician who completed a residency program or fellowship in any specialty.

Application Review: Rolling Review based on Applications received until full; takes up to 30 days for application to be processed.
Notes: ARC waiver eligible counties are generally excluded from the State 30 program.
