Practice Areas: Family Practice, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Ob /GYN or Psychiatry. The physician may also have a sub-specialty.

Specialists: Yes; Physician may have a sub-specialty so long as no less than 20 hours per week are spent providing clinical primary care. Up to 5 spots are available for full-time specialists.  If slots remain unfilled after the initial review period, additional slots will be available for full time specialists. 

Application Review: Applications are accepted beginning October 1.

Notes: Applicants must obtain the sponsorship of a state health department, which is administered through the Department of Health’s Primary Care Office in Florida.
